The conference brought together various delegations from African and Asian countries, along with government authorities from the Tanzania National Roads Agency, Africa Road Maintenance Funds Association, and Tanzania Rural and Urban Roads Agency. It was organized by The Global Transportation Professional Networking Group and hosted by the Ministry of Works in Tanzania, in collaboration with the Tanzania Roads Association (TARA) and the Tanzania Transportation Technology Transfer Centre (TanT2 Centre).
